As of January 5, 2004, JFYI is proud to officially add our Virtual Education Division to our existing methods of delivering educational opportunities: on-site deliveries for specific clients, regional or community classes where employees from several companies attend - and our video-based training.

Since 1990, JFYI has delivered training in both the Metallurgical and Quality fields in sixteen countries. Video training for ISO 9001 has been developed and completed. The “missing link”, as far as we were concerned with any Virtual Education has been the absence of a facilitator.

However, Virtual Training has several advantages, as follows:

  • individuals can take a specific course - and at their own speed
  • traveling costs for either learners or facilitators is minimized
  • material customization based upon needs and entry level knowledge can be optimized
  • this Virtual Education material can be combined with on-site delivery, as required

We will assign one of our fully qualified staff to develop, deliver and arrange for easy dialogue with the learner.

JFYI Institute Training Objectives

  1. All training is customized based upon client and learner needs, learner entry-level knowledge and their learning styles. We must ensure that the learner has understood the specifically required knowledge. Our customized evaluations ensure that the learning has occurred.
