1. Design of Experiments - a two or three day program using the Taguchi Method to give a detailed hands-on understanding of Design of Experiment - including brainstorming, orthogonal arrays, optimum conditions, noise factors and company specific data.
2. Geometric Tolerancing & Dimensioning - a one or two day program design to give a basic understanding of GD&T including symbols, terms, datums, virtual condition, tolerances etc.
3. Basic Flowcharting - a one-day seminar that gives hand-on experience with how to build a flow chart can be taught with or without ‘ABC Flowcharter’. NEW!!
4. Heat Treating Metallurgy - a two to five day seminar in which the basics of hardening and softening of metals are taught.
5. Basic Metallurgy - a one to three day seminar in which basic ferrous metallurgy including: material selection, atomic structure, alloy phases and properties are taught.

Corrosion - a two to five day course outlining corrosion mechanisms, metal loss, coating and other solutions.

7. Failure Analysis of Metals - a three to five day course explaining and illustrating the failure modes of metals including: fatigue, corrosion & failures in shafts, gears, fasteners and forgings.
8. Non Destructive Testing - a comprehensive two to three-day program that details the theories and practicalities of many common NDT techniques, including - magnetic particle, dye penetrant, ultrasonic, eddy current and radiography. NEW!!


9. Foundry Technology - a detailed two-day course that discusses the major concepts regarding melting, solidification, refractories, alloy systems and properties, inspection and new casting methods. NEW!!
10. Introduction to Ceramics - a two day program that will give an overview of ceramic technology in such areas as: production, quality assurance, fabrication and properties - including testing and performance requirements. NEW!!
11. Composite Materials - a one day seminar designed to give the attendees an understanding of how typical composites are produced, their composition and properties that make them such useful engineering materials. NEW!!
12. Stainless Steels -a one or two-day course designed to introduce the principles of stainless steels such as: applications, types, welding, production and properties. NEW!!
13. Bearing Technology - a three-day course designed to give a detailed understanding of both rolling and sliding bearings. I will focus on their manufacture, maintenance and failure analysis. Two clients to which it has been delivered are GM and Pratt & Whitney. NEW!!
